Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Type: Direct Hire | Permanent Placement
💼 About the Facility:
Join a respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Baltimore known for delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. Youll have the tools and support you need to succeed—whether youre a new grad or seasoned OT.
💰 Compensation & Benefits:
- Estimated Rate Range: $ 39-50/hr, depending on experience, setting, and location
- Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k)

📝 Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence
- Document progress and adjust plans as needed
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
- Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs
✨ Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current MD license (or eligibility)
- Passionate about improving patient quality of life
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
