The analyst prepares recurring reports and maintains dashboard views used by cross-functional stakeholders to guide business decisions. The position partners closely with Sales Leadership and the Global Sales Analysis team to review forecasting inputs, monitor performance against the business plan, and identify data accuracy issues. The role also supports administration of the Annual Sales Incentive Plan (ASIP), including reporting, calculations, data review, and stakeholder coordination to help drive revenue growth and profitability. Responsibilities

- Support preparation, analysis, and reporting of bookings business plan and forecast data for stakeholders and leadership using CRM and CPQ platforms.
- Support preparation, analysis, and reporting of sales and revenue business plans and forecasts for stakeholders and leadership.
- Assist with coordination and data preparation for the Mid-Term Plan, ensuring accurate and timely inputs from relevant stakeholders.
- Consolidate, review, analyze, and report sales pipeline opportunity data, partnering with Regional Sales leaders and internal teams to maintain data accuracy and quality.
- Maintain and report Sales Backlog forecast data to support business planning and decision-making.
- Consolidate, analyze, and report OEM aircraft production forecast data to support addressable market assessment and sales forecasting.
- Prepare market share reporting for internal stakeholders by using sales reports, wins and losses, and other established data sources.
- Partner with the Annual Sales Incentive Plan (ASIP) core team to support day-to-day administration of the sales incentive compensation platform, including data entry, calculations, reporting, accrual support, data review, and routine data hygiene.
- Participate in implementation activities for a sales incentive compensation platform, including design discussions, user acceptance testing, system integration review, and identification of process improvement opportunities.
- Help research and resolve routine inquiries, concerns, or disputes from Sales Teams related to ASIP design, application, calculations, and tools, escalating highly complex or policy-sensitive issues when necessary.
- Communicate with and train Sales Team members and cross-functional stakeholders on ASIP design, tools, processes, and performance progress.
- Support the online Sales Forecast Dashboard used for business intelligence and forecast reporting.
- Assist with implementation activities for a revenue forecasting platform, contributing to configuration, testing, and data validation.
- Prepare ad hoc dashboards and reports to meet evolving business needs and support global sales activities, using tools such as Salesforce Einstein Analytics, Power BI, and OBIEE.
- Troubleshoot and resolve routine data linkage issues between internal systems, working with technical and business stakeholders to ensure data integrity.
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously under schedule pressure while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality in analysis and reporting.

Essential Skills

- Intermediate financial, data analysis, synthesis, and interpretation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Developing financial forecasting skills, particularly in sales, revenue, and bookings forecasting.
- Strong interpersonal skills that support collaboration, negotiation, and teamwork with a diverse group of sales and marketing personnel.
- Ability to effectively interact with internal and external contacts, building productive working relationships.
- Developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to work on multiple assignments with general supervision while meeting deadlines and managing schedule pressure.
- Knowledge of sales systems tools such as Salesforce and ServiceNow.
- Technical aptitude to understand interdependencies and troubleshoot data linkages between internal systems, including Hyperion, Oracle/OBIEE, and Salesforce.
- Intermediate experience with analytical tools, preferably Salesforce Einstein Analytics and Power BI.
- Advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with expert-level capability strongly preferred for complex analysis, modeling, and reporting.
- Intermediate experience working with a sales incentive compensation platform, such as CaptivateIQ, preferred.
- Experience in forecasting, sales analysis, ERP systems, CRM platforms, and budgeting activities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Experience preparing and maintaining sales forecasts, bookings forecasts, and market share analyses in a global sales environment.
- Experience supporting sales pipeline management and backlog reporting in CRM and CPQ platforms.
- Familiarity with OEM production forecasting and addressable market analysis in an industrial or technology-focused context.
- Experience administering or supporting a sales incentive compensation program, including calculations, reporting, accruals, and dispute resolution.
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence dashboards and ad hoc reporting using tools such as Salesforce Einstein Analytics, Power BI, and OBIEE.
- Exposure to implementation and transition projects involving sales systems and revenue forecasting platforms.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT to align data, processes, and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to identify data quality issues and contribute to improvements in data hygiene and system integration.

Work Environment This role operates in a professional, office-based environment with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and collaboration across global sales, finance, and analytics teams. The position involves extensive use of CRM and CPQ platforms, sales systems such as Salesforce and ServiceNow, financial and reporting tools like Hyperion, Oracle/OBIEE, and Microsoft Excel, as well as analytics platforms including Salesforce Einstein Analytics and Power BI. The team is currently transitioning key workflows from Salesforce to ServiceNow, offering exposure to system change and process improvement initiatives. Work is performed primarily during standard business hours, with no travel required. The assignment is initially planned as a three-month engagement with the possibility of extension or conversion, and the environment emphasizes accuracy, responsiveness, and clear communication in support of global sales performance and incentive programs. Typical attire aligns with a standard professional office setting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $39.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
