This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a passion for mixology, premium spirits, and exceptional member experiences . ✨ Key Responsibilities
- ✅ Oversee day-to-day bar and dining room operations , ensuring seamless service and adherence to luxury brand standards.
- ✅ Lead, train, and inspire bar and wait staff to deliver world-class hospitality and beverage experiences.
- ✅ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations .
- ✅ Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance to high-end dining standards .
- ✅ Curate and maintain a premium beverage program featuring craft cocktails, fine wines, and top-shelf spirits.
- ✅ Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships for product consistency and cost control.
- ✅ Track inventory levels and order supplies.
- ✅ Deliver attentive, knowledgeable, and refined guest service .
- ✅ Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion.
- ✅ Engage personally with guests to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in a high-end, upscale, or fine dining environment.
- Deep knowledge of spirits, wines, craft cocktails, and bar operations .
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
