We're looking for a driven part-time Multi-Outlet Barback in Austin, TX who's ready to contribute to an exceptional member experience while growing their hospitality career in one of Texas' most prestigious private clubs.

POSITION DETAILS:

Pay:

- Competitive compensation of $18.00 plus 3% tip pool

Schedule:

- Part-time, Thursday through Sunday evening shifts

- Flexible availability required, including weekends and holidays

- Shifts typically range from 4-8 hours

- Occasional split shifts may be scheduled

MULTI-OUTLET BARBACK ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:

Each day looks different, but expect to:

- Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and supplies while keeping bar operations running smoothly

- Assist bartenders by maintaining clean, organized stations and preparing garnishes, glassware, and equipment

- Support daily service, special events, and club functions by transporting inventory, monitoring stock levels, and maintaining a professional member experience

What You Need To Become Our Part-time Multi-Outlet Barback:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1+ years of experience in a restaurant supporting bar operations

- Base knowledge of Beer, Wine, and Liquor

- Basic computer skills are a plus

- TABC and Texas Food Handlers certifications

- Club experience is a plus

- Strong communication skills

- Team Player

- Ability to put your best foot forward and present yourself in a clean and professional way

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs.

- Ability to Stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time
