About this role
Accountabilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales organization comprising sales leaders and individual contributors.
- Set clear performance expectations, manage quotas, provide ongoing coaching, and establish a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Build and implement a consistent sales methodology across the organization, including stage definitions, exit criteria, deal reviews, and forecasting standards.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, including prospecting, outreach, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
- Own sales targets, profitable revenue growth, pipeline performance, and strategic objectives across assigned territories.
- Identify and pursue new markets, customer segments, and industry verticals to expand the organization’s footprint and customer base.
- Use CRM data, analytics, scorecards, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and optimize sales execution.
- Personally participate in strategic opportunities while coaching the broader team to cultivate, develop, and close high-value deals.
- Establish a cross-functional strategic deal framework that improves alignment and increases the likelihood of successful outcomes.
- Partner with Commercial Strategy on pricing, quota structures, incentive compensation, and forecasting methodology.
- Champion sales and growth initiatives internally through consistent communication, reporting, forecasting, and visibility for key stakeholders.
- Partner with senior commercial leadership to develop resourcing strategies that address both new business acquisition and expansion within the existing customer base.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, tradeshows, and other strategic networking opportunities.
- Drive new-logo acquisition and support revenue growth as the product portfolio expands.
- Collaborate with Marketing on pipeline generation, sales messaging, and adoption of sales enablement tools.
- Partner with Commercial Contracts to improve contracting speed, manage redlines, and maintain deal quality.
- Establish a trusted forecasting methodology and ensure leadership has clear visibility into pipeline health, risks, opportunities, and expected results.
- Deliver measurable improvements in sales process consistency, win rates, deal velocity, team effectiveness, and repeatable new business growth within the first 12 months.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive B2B SaaS sales leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership position overseeing enterprise sales organizations.
- Proven experience building, mentoring, and leading high-performing sales teams, including both sales leaders and individual contributors.
- Demonstrated ability to create a culture centered on accountability, collaboration, coaching, execution, and continuous improvement.
- Experience selling into complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and navigating sophisticated enterprise sales cycles.
- Proven ownership of large-scale sales pipelines and forecasts with direct accountability to executive leadership or a board.
- Experience developing and executing strategic sales plans aligned with broader organizational growth objectives.
- Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, executive communication, and relationship-building skills, including experience engaging C-level decision makers.
- Strong data-driven operating skills, including CRM discipline, forecasting rigor, performance scorecards, pipeline analysis, and KPI management.
- Experience leading teams through organizational or sales leadership changes while maintaining morale, performance, and momentum.
- Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on participation in critical sales opportunities.
- Excellent communication, coaching, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; an MBA is a plus.
- International sales management experience across multiple territories and currencies is a plus.
- Experience designing or refining incentive compensation plans for sales leaders and individual contributors is a plus.
- Experience launching or selling new products within an expanding portfolio, including products introduced through acquisition integration, is a plus.
- Experience in travel, attractions, ski, ticketing, venue technology, or a closely related industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% as required by the role.
- Ability to work remotely within the United States or United Kingdom.

- Salary range of $200,000–$275,000 USD , with compensation based on experience and role scope.
