About this role
Accountabilities:
- Own the full sales cycle for Mid-Market and Enterprise opportunities, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
- Drive proactive outbound engagement through cold calls, personalized emails, industry conferences, networking, referrals, and other prospecting channels.
- Research target accounts, identify relevant prospects, generate new opportunities, and consistently build a healthy outbound pipeline.
- Manage inbound and referral leads while maintaining strong follow-up and opportunity progression.
- Lead discovery calls, product demonstrations, presentations, and follow-up conversations to understand customer needs and qualify opportunities.
- Develop compelling proposals and ROI business cases that demonstrate the value of the solution to prospective customers.
- Navigate consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and negotiate commercial terms when required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers to support both new business and account expansion.
- Improve sales processes, including presentation materials, call scripts, meeting templates, contract workflows, CRM processes, metrics, and dashboards.
- Lead weekly sales review meetings to evaluate opportunities, discuss deal progression, and support alignment across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Engineering, Product, and senior leadership to deliver strong customer experiences and support revenue growth.
- Partner with the founding team on sales and revenue initiatives and contribute to the ongoing development of the sales organization.
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of experience in quota-carrying, closing-focused B2B SaaS sales roles.
- Demonstrated experience selling to Enterprise or upper Mid-Market customers.
- Proven success managing consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement through close.
- Track record of closing significant B2B SaaS deals, typically in the $50K–$250K+ range.
- Experience expanding customer accounts and identifying opportunities for additional revenue.
- Strong discovery, presentation, storytelling, and value-selling skills.
- Comfortable balancing inbound opportunities with proactive outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.
- Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to independently manage multiple opportunities and sales cycles end-to-end.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment where processes and operating models are still being developed.
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to contribute beyond individual deal execution by improving sales practices and systems.
Benefits:
- Base salary range of $180,000–$240,000 USD .
- Additional 5–10% bonus , depending on level and performance.
