KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate with internal teams and other departments to ensure timely follow‑ups.
- Communicate with customers regarding updates and follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate with sample rooms and engineers to support product development activities.
- Assist with basic cost calculations.
- Maintain data and prepare reports according to team requirements.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

- Fresh graduate or undergraduate in Business Management and Marketing
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other related software
