As a Technician, you’ll play an important role in keeping our equipment, machinery, utilities, and facilities running safely and efficiently. Working closely with the Technical Specialist, you’ll be hands-on in maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing equipment to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will have the authority to operate schedule equipment. Machinery and ask necessary assistance from other operators in order to perform a smooth operation.

Is This You?

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Technician, Maintenance Technician, Engineering Technician, MEP Technician, or similar technical role.
- Previous experience working in hotel, office building, commercial building, property, or facility management is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in equipment, machinery, and facility maintenance , including preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting HVAC systems , such as air conditioning units, AHU, FCU, chillers, cooling towers, or related equipment, is preferred.
- Familiar with other mechanical, electrical, utility, and facility equipment relevant to daily operations.
- Able to perform inspection, troubleshooting, repair, adjustment, and replacement of components for equipment and machinery.
- Able to identify abnormal equipment conditions, investigate basic technical issues, and escalate problems when necessary.
- Familiar with basic mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and utility systems .
- Familiar with SOPs, preventive maintenance schedules, work orders, and safety procedures .
- Able to maintain accurate records of equipment conditions, maintenance activities, and technical findings .
- Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to work hands-on .
- Able to work independently and collaborate with the Technical Specialist and other team members .
- Willing to work according to operational schedules, including shifts, weekends, or public holidays , when required.

Key Responsibilites

- Switch on and off equipment, machineries, utilities according to operation schedule and needs.
- Maintain Hourly logs for all equipment, machinery, Utilities assigned.
- Observe all machinery, equipment, Utilities including security of the same.
- Refills oil, chemicals other liquids as needs and do minor repairs and adjustment as per instruction and authority given.
- Notes and reports all findings, observations, discrepancies to superior in charge.
- Responsible for doing all work assigned in a good, safe and speedily engineering method or manner.
- Responsible for recording accurately time used on work order.
- Responsible for obtaining proper information/ instruction/clarification to perform work/duties assigned. Under no circumstances must work be started without, as bigger damage and more costly repair may be the result.
- Responsible to returning used/ replaced parts/times to the storages.
- When working in the public /work areas, particulars attention must be paid to noise that may disturb the employees, cleanliness of the area, grooming and always behave as a diligent, honest, polite, employee duly and dutifully, smile.
- Follows all other orders, instructions, rules and regulations that may be issued.
