About this role
Must-Have Skills and Experience:
- A strong background in accounting, finance or related field from SSC environment, minimum 10 years
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and driving performance.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and self-organized personality.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
- Experience in process improvement and digitalization, including globally managed projects.
- Good command of English and Czech or Slovak, German is an advantage
