About this role
We are a technology consulting firm building and operating next-generation AI supercompute infrastructure for the world’s most ambitious organizations. As a Technical Project Coordinator you will support the delivery of complete AI supercomputing solutions. You will work with Deloitte teams and clients to understand their AI workloads.
- A t least 2–4 years of hands-on experience in IT projects (project management, infrastructure, systems, platform, networking, AI solutions).
- Ability to work closely with specialists in adjacent domains, ask the right questions, understand cross-stack dependencies, challenge assumptions constructively, and turn multiple technical inputs into a coherent end-to-end solution.
- Experience in project management or business support (projects related to designing, deploying, operating, or supporting data-centre environments, AI transformations).
- Understanding of server architecture, agentic AI, go to market strategies.
- Experience working with technology vendors, delivery partners, customers, or cross-functional engineering and business teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical trade-offs to engineering teams, vendors, customers, and senior decision-makers.
- Fluent English and Polish is a must
- Coordinating work on client proposals and project delivery in accordance with Deloitte policy.
- Participating in meetings with technology partners and assisting in the selection of technologies for projects.
- You will collaborate directly with leading technology vendors, data-centre operators, platform teams, and customers while working on GPU clusters that demand precision across physical infrastructure, high-performance networking, storage, orchestration, and operations.

- This is a role for executing predefined projects in the area of agentic AI in Healthcare and widely in AI factories projects.
