About this role
Responsibilities ：
1. Assessment of deviations and non-conformities according to NX standards.
依据 恩德标准开展偏差与不合格项评定
2. Rework definition
制定返工整改方案
3. Act as interface between Process/Quality/Production/Service teams and Blade Engineering
对接工艺、质量、生产、售后团队与叶片工程部门，统筹跨部门沟通协作
4. On-site support to blade manufacturing plants
为叶片生产工厂提供现场技术支持
Qualifications ：
1. Blade manufacturing know how
精通叶片生产制造工艺
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the wind blade or composite industry
具备 5 年及以上风电叶片或复合材料行业工作经验
3. Fluent in English, written and spoken
英语口语、书面读写流利
4. Motivated to work in an international and multicultural team
能够适应国际化多元团队工作氛围
5. Experience in composite design and manufacturing.
具备复合材料设计与生产相关经验
6. Experience in blade quality.
拥有叶片质量管控相关工作经验
7. Experience in repairs.
具备叶片维修返修相关实操经验
