The Project
Mace Consult is seeking a Project Controls Senior Manager / Associate Director to join a global PMO supporting a large portfolio of Corporate Real Estate projects across Asia and the Middle East & Africa (MEA) . The portfolio includes commercial office developments, workplace transformations, office fit-outs, renovations, and new-build projects. This role will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive governance, performance, reporting, and successful project delivery across multiple countries.
Responsibilities
- Lead project controls activities across multiple projects and programmes, including planning, scheduling, cost management, risk management, change control, forecasting, and reporting.
- Establish and maintain project baselines, governance frameworks, and performance metrics.
- Produce executive dashboards and reports to support portfolio-level decision-making.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and drive corrective actions.
- Facilitate governance reviews and stakeholder meetings.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in Project Controls/Programme Controls or PMO within construction, real estate, or consultancy environments.
- Strong knowledge of planning, cost management, risk management, change control, and project reporting.
- Experience supporting complex project portfolios; exposure to Asia and MEA projects is highly desirable.
- Experience in commercial buildings, corporate real estate, office fit-out, renovation, refurbishment, or new-build construction projects is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; Proficient in Cantonese or Mandarin is advantageous.
- Experience with Primavera P6, Power BI, or similar project controls tools is advantageous.
