Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f/d)

As an Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f/d) , you will be a part of the Central Accounting team . You will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate financial records.

This role is based in Sofia, Bulgaria (hybrid model).

About the Role

- Process on timely basis accounts payable transactions

- Monitor vendor open items and clarifies old and unusual balances

- Prepares accounts payable reconciliations and clarify differences

- Prepares and executes electronic payment runs as well as manual payments if necessary

- Assists in the collection and distribution of financial information

- Prepare clear and concise documentation on working procedures

About You

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent

- 3-4 years of experience in Accounting

- Solid knowledge in Accounting and VAT legislation

- Ability to thrive in a fast-growing international environment

- Confident handling of MS Office

- Reliability and organizational skills

- Fluent in English and/or German language
