About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager (E) to join our Project & Quality Assurance team. This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery and tracking for a single platform, including governance management, process and infrastructure issue resolution, and project coordination. The candidate will ensure adherence to SOPs, manage stakeholder communication, and support platform-related initiatives. The role may also involve team leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute project activities, ensuring adherence to SOPs and timelines.
- Manage stakeholder communication at Level 1 for platform delivery.
- Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for a single platform.
- Oversee governance processes and resolve infrastructure and process-related issues.
- Provide project support and ensure smooth coordination across teams.
- May be responsible for leading a team and managing task allocation.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Ensure governance management and compliance across all project activities.
- Support internal reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Graduation: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably within financial services or technology platforms.
Skills and Attributes
