### Job Description
We are hiring a Marketing Intern to support A1Apps’ marketing team across growth, campaign execution, research, reporting, and day-to-day marketing operations for our app portfolio.
This role is suited for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to marketing in a fast-moving consumer internet and mobile app environment. The person in this role should be comfortable learning quickly, working with data, coordinating across tasks, and supporting multiple marketing workstreams with strong ownership and follow-through.
### Key Responsibilities

- Support execution of ongoing marketing campaigns and growth initiatives.
- Assist with market research, competitor tracking, and idea generation for campaigns.
- Help maintain trackers, reports, and dashboards for marketing performance.
- Support coordination with internal stakeholders for campaign, content, and execution follow-ups.
- Track timelines, inputs, and next steps to help keep workstreams organized.
- Assist in analysing performance trends, user behavior, and funnel observations.
- Contribute to documenting learnings from experiments, campaigns, and research.
- Support the team on recurring marketing operations and ad hoc projects as needed.

Candidate Profile

- Strong interest in marketing, growth, digital products, or consumer internet.
- Good analytical ability and comfort with spreadsheets / structured data.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-through.
- High ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn quickly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Internship, project, or academic exposure to digital marketing, content, analytics, or growth is a plus.

Good to Have

- Basic familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, or marketing analytics.
- Exposure to campaign reporting, performance tracking, or research work.
- Understanding of app growth, user acquisition, or digital funnels.
