About this role
Accountabilities:
- Own an individual sales quota focused on high-value new business and expansion opportunities across assigned strategic accounts.
- Drive cross-sell and upsell growth by identifying additional customer needs and whitespace opportunities.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans aligned with customer business objectives and growth priorities.
- Own the overall commercial strategy for a defined portfolio of strategic financial services customers.
- Coordinate experienced specialist sellers representing different products and services within the financial services portfolio.
- Establish account priorities, coordinate sales pursuits, and maintain alignment across opportunities and account teams.
- Facilitate collaboration, information sharing, and coordinated execution across internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong executive relationships across customer business, operations, product, and procurement organizations.
- Conduct strategic business reviews with senior customer stakeholders and connect solutions to their evolving priorities.
- Coordinate executive engagement opportunities between customer leadership teams and senior internal executives.
- Partner closely with Customer Solutions, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and specialist sales teams to deliver compelling customer outcomes.
- Serve as a primary point of internal alignment for strategic account activity and customer priorities.
- Contribute customer insights and market intelligence to product strategy, go-to-market planning, and broader business initiatives.
- Identify emerging customer needs, whitespace opportunities, and potential areas for account expansion.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and support the quality, progression, and velocity of strategic opportunities.
- Track performance against individual sales quota and account Annual Recurring Revenue targets.
- Contribute to bookings growth and successful deal execution through effective collaboration with specialist sellers.
- Support customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment around customer outcomes.
- Spend the majority of time on direct selling and customer engagement, complemented by strategic account planning, team coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Travel up to approximately 20–30% to support customer meetings, strategic engagements, and business development activities.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with a demonstrated track record of sustained success.
- Extensive experience selling complex solutions to senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of the financial services industry and its commercial and business dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-value enterprise accounts and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Experience developing and executing strategic account plans tied to customer priorities and revenue objectives.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer challenges and connect them to commercially relevant solutions.
- Proven ability to balance individual quota ownership and direct selling with effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Exceptional executive presence and confidence engaging with senior customer and internal leadership.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to establish credibility with customers over the long term.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing capabilities.
- Ability to coordinate multiple specialist sellers and internal stakeholders around shared account and customer objectives.
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial judgment, and ability to identify expansion opportunities.
- Ability to translate market and customer insights into actionable sales and account strategies.
- Highly organized approach to pipeline management, forecasting, account planning, and opportunity execution.
- Comfortable operating in a virtual-first environment with distributed teams and customer stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20–30% as required.

Benefits:
- Total Target Compensation of $280,000–$320,000 USD per year for U.S. employees, inclusive of base salary and target incentive opportunity.
- Total Target Compensation of $275,000–$300,000 CAD per year for Canadian employees, inclusive of base salary and target incentive opportunity.
- Uncapped earnings potential based on achievement under the applicable sales commission plan.
- Compensation within the posted range is determined by factors including skills, education, qualifications, experience, performance, organizational needs, and geographic location.
