About this role

Accountabilities

- Own the visual design and delivery of enterprise pitch decks, from opening narrative and core storyline through appendices and supporting materials.

- Prioritize and manage workloads across an active pursuit pipeline, proactively communicating competing deadlines, dependencies, and resource requirements.

- Translate audit findings, media plans, performance data, and strategic recommendations into clear, compelling, and brand-aligned visualizations.

- Develop custom branding and presentation design guidelines for individual pursuits when required.

- Create motion and video assets, including sizzle reels, animated case studies, transitions, and short-form video integrated into live presentations.

- Assemble case studies, credentials, team profiles, and other reusable content from existing libraries.

- Format RFP and RFI responses in Word and Google Docs, including tables, exhibits, covers, and other branded elements.

- Produce supplemental materials such as leave-behind PDFs, one-pagers, capability sheets, proposal covers, concepts, and activation mockups.

- Prepare presenter-ready deliverables across PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, PDF, and video formats, testing files in the environment where they will be presented.

- Support rehearsal sessions and live pitches, incorporating late-stage changes and helping presentation teams remain prepared and confident.

- Build and maintain master pitch templates, slide libraries, and reusable design components, while documenting systems so non-designers can use them effectively.

- Archive final presentation files, source files, linked assets, and fonts at the conclusion of each pursuit.

Requirements

- At least 3 years of professional design experience, with meaningful experience in presentation, pitch, or new business design.

- Experience working within a performance marketing, media, or creative agency environment.

- A strong portfolio demonstrating presentation decks and pitch materials, ideally including work that contributed to winning new business.

- Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides, including master layouts, animation, file management, and presentation handoff requirements.

- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, as well as Figma.

- Experience with video editing and motion graphics using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable tools, with the ability to independently produce polished pitch videos.

- Strong data visualization skills and sound judgment around how best to communicate quantitative information visually.

- Ability to work effectively from strategic and analytical inputs and ask the right questions to clarify the purpose and message of a deliverable.

- Excellent time-management skills and composure under significant deadline pressure, including compressed pitch timelines.

- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to incorporate direction from senior stakeholders while contributing an independent creative perspective.

- Willingness to flex working hours during active pitch periods, including occasional evenings or weekends around critical deadlines.

- Familiarity with the technical requirements of digital and print production.

- Familiarity with RFP and RFI processes and proposal software is a plus.

- Experience building or maintaining brand or presentation design systems is a plus.

- Familiarity with Asana or similar project-management platforms is a plus.

- Light copy-editing skills and the ability to refine headlines and presentation language are advantageous.
