About this role

Job description: We are looking for an IT Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support to employees. The role will be responsible for maintaining laptops, desktops, MS Office, email accounts, Wi-Fi, printers, software, IT assets and basic data/security requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting to employees.
- Manage laptops, desktops and other IT hardware , including installation, configuration and maintenance.
- Create, modify and deactivate official email IDs and user accounts .
- Handle MS Office-related issues , including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other applications.
- Manage Wi-Fi, internet and basic network-related issues .
- Install, configure and troubleshoot required software and applications .
- Coordinate and resolve printer, scanner and other peripheral issues .
- Maintain an updated IT Asset Register and ensure proper allocation and recovery of IT assets.
- Maintain records of laptops, desktops, accessories, software and other IT equipment.
- Support data backup, access control and basic IT security requirements.
- Monitor antivirus, system updates and software licensing.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers whenever required.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT issues, assets, user access and resolutions.
- Ensure timely closure and follow-up of IT support tickets/employee requests .
- Assist management in implementing IT policies, security practices and standard operating procedures.
- Support onboarding and exit processes by ensuring IT access creation, asset allocation, data backup and access deactivation .
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook .
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware and networking .
- Troubleshooting skills for laptops, desktops, printers and peripherals.
- Basic understanding of Wi-Fi, LAN, internet and network troubleshooting .
- Knowledge of user account and email management .
- Basic understanding of IT asset management and data security .
- Good communication and employee-support skills.
- Ability to independently identify and resolve routine IT issues.
