About the Role

The Senior Associate – ESG Operations will be part of the Enterprise Services Group, working within the ESG Operations department based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for managing a wide range of operational activities including invoice processing, budgeting, procurement, compliance, audit support, and risk management. The position plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of ESG operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

Centralized Invoice Processing for

- Rental and Common Area Maintenance
- Facilities (Electricity, Housekeeping, Courier, Stationery, etc.)
- Capex Invoices
- Insurance
- Travel (Hotel Bookings, Car Hire, Flight Tickets, Events)
- Security

Budgeting

- Preparation of annual Capex and Opex budgets for ESG-managed expenses
- Month-on-month budget tracking
- ESG department budget management

Provisions

- Monthly provisioning for ESG-managed expenses

Procurement Operations

- Coordination of PAN India purchase orders for non-IT services
- Creation, renewal, and amendment of BPA/CPA
- Item code creation in OGL and upload in IOMS

MIS and Reporting

- Weekly PR/PO tracker publication
- Maintenance of centralized invoice tracker and follow-ups with the finance team
- Reconciliation with finance on advances
- Monthly reconciliation with tax team on GST defaulters
- Quarterly NDC activity
- Reporting of PO status (Open/Closed)
- Savings and initiatives tracking

Contract Resources Record Management

- Tracking of contract staff last working day and reporting manager changes
- Deletion of contract staff in COMSYS
- Daily file sharing with Aveksa/ID Management team
- Insurance Management
- Establishment Compliance
- Audit Support
- Operational Risk Management
- Asset Management

What We Are Looking For

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Experience

- 2 prior experience in ESG operations or related domains
- Experience in procurement, budgeting, compliance, and MIS reporting

Skills and Attributes

- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and data tracking tools
- Ability to manage stakeholders and lead teams
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Effective communication and coordination skills
