About the Role As an Associate / Senior Associate – HR at SuperK, you will work closely with the HR Team, Co-founders, and business leaders to build a strong people function as we scale. You will be the day-to-day HR partner for employees and managers — supporting them on performance, engagement, employee relations, onboarding, and other people matters. This is a hands-on generalist role with a strong HRBP orientation, where you will help build processes from the ground up and gradually take ownership of key people initiatives. What You Will Be Doing HR Business Partnering
- Partner with managers and employees on day-to-day people matters, concerns, and employee relations.
- Build strong relationships with teams and understand their people-challenges, structure, and talent needs.
- Support managers on performance conversations, feedback, team dynamics, and people decisions.
- Identify people-risks and work with the HR Lead on appropriate interventions.
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Run employee connects, pulse checks, and feedback mechanisms.
- Identify recurring employee concerns and drive them towards resolution.
- Own the employee experience across key lifecycle moments including onboarding, confirmation, internal movements, and exits.
Performance & Development
- Drive the performance management process and support managers through goal-setting, reviews, feedback, and improvement plans.
- Identify development needs and support L&D initiatives and manager development programs.
HR Processes & People Operations
- Support the HR Lead in building and implementing HR policies, processes, and people programs.
- Maintain people dashboards and track key metrics such as attrition, engagement, performance, and onboarding.
- Support HR compliance, audits, and other people operations as required.
What We Would Like to See in You
- 2–5 years of experience in HR , preferably in a generalist, HRBP, or People Partner role.
- Strong understanding of core HR processes including employee engagement, performance management, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Comfortable working closely with managers and employees across levels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive conversations with maturity.
- A hands-on, problem-solving mindset — you enjoy figuring things out rather than waiting for established processes.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where systems are still being built.
- Experience in a startup, retail, FMCG, consumer internet, logistics, or other operations-heavy environment is a plus.
