Schedules and registers patients in advance for services provided throughout WellSpan. Uses exceptional customer service practices. Represents WellSpan in a professional and positive manner.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
Work Experience:
- Less than 1 year Required
Courses and Training:
- Completes Medical Terminology Course. within 1 year Required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Typing and basic computer skills.
