What Youll Do:
Here are just a few of the tasks youll be completing regularly:
Coordinate with banquet staff set-ups, changes and time schedules for all functions
- Check room set-up to see that Banquet Event Order directions are completely followed. Ensure that all public areas are neat and clean.
- Operate as a banquet server when needed; setting up, greeting and serving the guest, and breaking down the function.
- Inspect banquet areas at the end of the function to ensure all equipment is returned to its proper area and all areas are clean.
Where Youve Been:
Were looking for someone with at least a high school diploma and at least one year working in F & B. Most importantly, youre someone who can remain calm under pressure all while communicating and coordinating associates in a positive and professional manner.
When Youre Here:
This probably goes without saying but youll be on your feet a lot. There will be occasions when you may be carrying/lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending/twisting, climbing stairs and working on slippery floors. You also must be able to accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
