2 Shift Rotation:
9am-5pm/12pm-8pm
Daily Tasks
- Verify customer orders for accuracy in specifications and quantity
- Pick, match, label, and store finished lenses correctly
- Process incoming goods quickly and accurately
- Safely package lenses to company standards using appropriate materials
- Operate robotic packing equipment and work to strict deadlines
- Print and apply shipping labels and complete all dispatch documentation
- Maintain accurate dispatch and tracking records
- Coordinate shipments and liaise with couriers where required
- Track deliveries and resolve shipping issues promptly
- Assist with inventory management of finished goods and packaging supplies (SAP knowledge beneficial)
- Carry out quality checks to meet company and customer standards
- Report discrepancies or quality issues to relevant teams
- Follow all health, safety, and shipping regulations
