Job Title: Operational Excellence Manager Job Description In this role, you will lead initiatives to improve supply chain performance, operational efficiency, service levels, and supplier effectiveness. You will develop and implement best practices and standardized processes while driving continuous improvement efforts through data and analytics. Responsibilities

- Lead initiatives that enhance supply chain performance, operational efficiency, and supplier effectiveness.
- Develop and implement best practices, governance structures, and standardized processes across supply chain functions.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps and project plans.
- Drive continuous improvement using data, analytics, and performance metrics.
- Partner with sourcing and procurement teams to strengthen supplier relationships and performance.
- Develop supplier scorecards, performance reviews, and improvement plans.
- Identify supplier risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support supplier qualification and onboarding for new products and initiatives.
- Collaborate with suppliers to achieve operational improvements, cost reductions, and service enhancements.
- Lead cross-functional projects focused on cost reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency increase.
- Identify productivity improvement and waste reduction opportunities.
- Support cost savings initiatives and track performance against goals.
- Promote a culture of problem-solving and operational excellence.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to measure supply chain performance.
- Analyze trends, identify risks, and provide improvement recommendations.
- Utilize data for business decisions and strategic planning.
- Monitor supplier, sourcing, and operational metrics for optimization opportunities.
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Product Development, and other key functions.
- Support new product launches, supply chain readiness efforts, and strategic initiatives.
- Drive alignment among stakeholders for successful project execution.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on supply chain best practices and operational performance.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop supply chain professionals.
- Establish priorities and allocate resources effectively.
- Foster employee growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Build organizational capability through training, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, strategic sourcing, operations, or operational excellence
- Prior leadership experience with coaching, mentoring, or managing team members
- Experience in manufacturing environments
- Food and beverage manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting supplier performance programs and strategic sourcing initiatives
- Experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, or supply chain transformation
- SAP experience preferred
- Experience with ERP systems required
- Familiarity with supplier risk management and sustainability initiatives is a plus

Work Environment This position offers a hybrid work environment, requiring 2-3 days onsite per week after training. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Green Bay, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $120000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Medical Option to select either a PPO plan or one of 2 high – deductible medical plans that includes a company contribution to your personal health savings bank account.

Dental Delta Dental PPO & an option to select an enhanced dental plan.

Vision Routine preventative coverage under medical plan and an option to elect additional voluntary coverage

Time Off All employees receive 11 holidays off per year, as well as paid time off that starts at a minimum of two weeks per year.

401K Plan Company match of up to 4% as long as employees contribute a minimum of 6% to the account. An additional profit-sharing contribution is also made to employee accounts if the company meets its annual targets.
