Assistant Coach for Swimming and Diving

Holton-Arms School is seeking an Assistant Coach for Swimming and Diving for the winter season. The season begins November 11, 2026, and ends in mid-February.

Position Summary

Holton-Arms School is seeking an Assistant Coach for Swimming for the winter season beginning in November 2026. This person will have the chance to work with our head coaches who lead an outstanding group of student-athletes in one of the most competitive leagues in the DC Metro area. Previous experience and/or coaching experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for driven individuals of high character who will continue to increase the competitiveness of the program and embody the school's values. The program has a great group of incredible students who succeed in the classroom and participate in multiple sports or other activities within the school. Coaches are expected to uphold the program's objectives and enforce proper fundamentals and sportsmanship. Schedule flexibility is required for after-school practices and meets. Competitive stipends are provided. A background check is required. Submit your resume for consideration.

- Previous Swimming and Diving experience and/or coaching experience preferred.

- A strong commitment to developing student-athletes both on and off the court.

​ Compensation and Benefits

The stipend for this position begins at $4,000 per season. Benefits are not available for this seasonal, part-time position.
