About this role
Coordinates all activities involved in the digital imaging of court documents; assists in supervising the processing of activities by planning, assigning and supervising the work of others; establishes and develops goals, objectives, work schedules, priorities and standards for achieving goals; coordinates and evaluates processing activities; and oversees the security, storage, and retrieval of documents.
Management Scope: Supervises non-exempt staff.
Education, Experience and Training:
Education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a Business Administration, Public Administration, Computer Science or a job-related field of study. One (1) year of work related experience. Experience with document imaging and scanning software equipment preferred.
Special Requirements/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Skilled in the use of standard software applications. Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, and establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, departments and the general public. Knowledge of document imaging software and equipment. Familiarity with network systems.
Physical/Environmental Requirements:
Standard office environment. May require prolonged sitting, standing, walking, and ability to lift and carry up to 26-50 pounds lbs., unassisted.
