- Set dates, track deadlines and coordinate the logistics of launching the new tiered partner programme, including tracking partner progression

- Coordinate the partner onboarding journey, track compliance requirements against tier criteria and maintain current programme documentation

- Maintain accurate partner data in the CRM, route and assign leads to partners, generate performance reports and track programme initiatives

- Organize shared team folders, help standardise partnership processes and workflows, and keep team presentation decks accurate and up to date

- Provide hands-on logistical support for the Global Partner Event in Barcelona, including print collateral, badges and on-site setup

- Build positive working relationships with technology partners and colleagues across Sales and Account Management, Service Delivery and Marketplace teams

- Manage competing priorities within the agreed three-day working pattern and keep stakeholders informed of progress, actions and deadlines

We’d love to meet you

Especially if you can tell us about your:

- Strong organisational skills and confidence coordinating calendars, meetings, deadlines and follow-up actions

- Excellent attention to detail and a consistent approach to CRM data, trackers, documentation and shared folders

- Clear written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with external partners and internal stakeholders

- Ability to manage several priorities independently and keep work moving within a three-day working week

- Confidence using digital collaboration, presentation and CRM tools, with willingness to learn new systems and processes

- A proactive, service-focused and approachable style, with willingness to provide hands-on event support in Barcelona
