- You have at least 2 years of IT experience and solid knowledge of software development and/or testing
- You are skilled in managing and coordinating multiple projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- You are capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions
- You communicate confidently with clients, fully understanding and addressing their needs
- You can form and lead a motivated project team from our existing pool of engineers to deliver on client requirements
- You quickly resolve issues and proactively track progress against goals
- You have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- You are enthusiastic about new technology and are technically savvy
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
