RieLes Group is developing a contingent candidate pipeline for an anticipated Federal Occupational Health (FOH) East opportunity in Jacksonville, Florida. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as an Area Clinic Manager, providing clinical and administrative leadership for the assigned FOH clinic
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted RN license in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction
- Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a closely related field
- At least 5 years of supervisory or healthcare-management experience
- Direct, verifiable experience in occupational health, public health, primary care, urgent care, emergency care, or adult ambulatory care
- Current BLS and CPR/AED credentials or ability to obtain required credentials
- Ability to work at the Jacksonville, FL duty location
- Experience with staffing, scheduling, clinical quality, credential monitoring, performance management, and government or regulated healthcare operations is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily clinic operations, supervise and schedule clinical personnel, coordinate staffing coverage, monitor credentials and readiness, support onboarding, track staffing and quality issues, maintain compliance with clinical and privacy requirements, and coordinate with FOH and RieLes management
