Were currently hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in our Group Homes , where 6–8 individuals live together in a safe, supportive environment. As a DSP, youll help people build independence, navigate daily life, follow individualized service plans, and create a home where everyone feels valued and respected. The awake night position will work a rotational schedule. Shifts are 8:00pm-8:00am for 7 days on and 7 days off. There is also a $1 differential from 11P-6A.

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Requires knowledge and skill equivalent to the completion of a high school diploma. Preference is given to those with work experience in the field of developmental disabilities.

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE

Must have knowledge and skills necessary to perform ordinary household functions.

Must possess good observation skills and relate observations accurately, both verbally and in writing.

Must have the knowledge and skills necessary to perform basic computer operations.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Will meet and maintain the required certifications to become a medication technician and CPR, First Aid as required for the position.
