Job Title: Talent Acquisition Recruiter Job Description We are seeking Technical Recruiters who can quickly integrate and operate independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will manage approximately 45–55 active requisitions at a time while maintaining consistent process movement, candidate engagement, and effective communication with hiring managers. Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume recruiting, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, operations, or similarly complex environments.
- Oversee applicant and requisition flow, swiftly identifying areas requiring proactive sourcing.
- Recruit for both high-volume and niche/hard-to-fill positions, adjusting sourcing strategies based on talent market and business needs.
- Employ strong critical-thinking skills to assess requisitions, understand talent landscapes, identify potential barriers, and independently determine appropriate recruiting strategies.
- Drive the recruitment process proactively by following up with hiring managers, securing feedback, scheduling next steps, identifying stalled requisitions, and escalating barriers when necessary.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in recruiting, talent acquisition, and human resource management.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and technical recruiting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes.
- Customer service orientation and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Ability to quickly build credibility with hiring managers and confidently push for decisions and accountability.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and rapidly shift focus as needed.
- Comfortable adapting to established recruiting environments, including systems, processes, stakeholders, and expectations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
