FOH EAST – Area Clinic Manager (RN Manager)

Region: FOH East
Schedule: Full-Time | 2,008 annual hours

RieLes Group is developing a candidate pipeline for an anticipated Federal Occupational Health (FOH) East Area Clinic Manager position in Houston, Texas
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted RN license in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction
- Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a closely related field
- At least 5 years of supervisory or healthcare-management experience
- Direct, verifiable experience in occupational health, public health, primary care, urgent care, emergency care, or adult ambulatory care
- Current BLS and CPR/AED credentials or ability to obtain required credentials
- Ability to work at the Houston, TX duty location
- Experience with scheduling, clinical quality, credential monitoring, performance management, and regulated healthcare operations is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical and administrative leadership, manage daily clinic operations, supervise personnel, coordinate staffing and coverage, monitor credentials and readiness, support onboarding, track staffing and quality issues, and coordinate with FOH and RieLes personnel
