Customer Accounts Representative (f/m/d)

with fluent German and English language skills

What to expect:

· The Customer Account Representative provides the best possible service and support to customers through mediums such as telephone, email and fax

· Contacts customers to resolve outstanding credit and debit balances and ensures orders ship same day whenever possible

· Provides account information to customers

· Reconciles customer account information

· Works closely with both the Customer Service and the Finance department

What we are looking for:

· Desire and ability to interact directly with customers and carry out correspondences in a professional and courteous manner.

· Fluent German and English language skills, written and verbal; Polish or other European language skills beneficial.

· Good computer and MS Office skills, as well as an affinity for numbers.

· Meets targets while interacting with colleagues within the team and liaising departments.

· Works with initiative.
