About the Role
As an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Student, you will be an integral part of our Americas Early Careers team. You’ll support the Nokia Canada Campus Program, driving exciting initiatives that connect top talent with groundbreaking opportunities at Nokia.
- Currently a candidate for a bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field with an accredited post secondary institution in Canada.
- Ability to communicate information clearly in writing and verbally, with guidance, templates, etc.
- Ability to manage tasks and deadlines using clear priorities, written instructions, and planning tools.
- Knowledge of PowerBI, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint or Canva.
- Experience using social media for communication and promotion, and an interest to grow in this area.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Strong presentation skills and ability to engage with various levels within the organization.
- Experience with event planning.
- Experience in reporting and data metrics.
