MaxHealth DPC

role

MaxFitness is the medically-integrated fitness vertical of MaxHealth Family, Internal & Sports Medicine, a brand of Elis Medical Corp (DBA MaxHealth). Our coaching team delivers structured, assessment-based training across a range of programs — from independent access to personalized coaching to provider-connected Health Pathways developed alongside our medical team. We're looking for coaches who bring both technical expertise and genuine professionalism to every session.

The Fitness Specialist & Brand Asset Manager is a part-time, hands-on coaching role responsible for delivering coached training sessions to MaxFitness members. The role also includes the opportunity to support MaxHealth's broader service lines by creating brand-aligned content. This is a blended position — it requires strong coaching fundamentals first, and a professional, camera-comfortable presence as a secondary responsibility.

Responsibilities

Coaching & Service Delivery:

- Deliver coached training sessions — private, semi-private, or small-group — according to MaxFitness programming and methodology.
- Set up and break down all necessary equipment before and after each session.
- Maintain an active, standing coaching presence throughout every session.
- Participate in periodic shadowing and training sessions to stay aligned with MaxFitness coaching methodology.

Brand Asset Management

- Film content supporting MaxHealth service lines — including MaxFitness, Weight Management, HRT, and DPC — as requested.
- Ensure all content reflects MaxFitness brand standards for quality, tone, and professionalism.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on content scheduling and delivery timelines.

Requirements:

- Must hold at least one of the following: a Bachelor of Science in Human Science, Kinesiology, or a related field; or a current personal training certification from an accredited governing body (e.g., NASM, ISSA, CSCS, XPS, or equivalent).
- Current CPR/AED certification, or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, client-first demeanor.
- Comfort being filmed or recorded for brand content purposes.
- Reliable availability, including early morning, midday, and/or evening session blocks.

Professionalism & Dress Code:

- Wear MaxFitness-branded and approved attire for all coached sessions: branded polo, athletic joggers, and appropriate athletic or training footwear.
- Do not work out alongside clients during coached sessions or sit down while coaching.
- Session dialogue must remain focused on client needs and the specific program being coached
- Equipment setup and breakdown are required before and after every session

Compensation & Bonus Opportunities:

- $20–$25 per coached hour, based on qualifications and experience.
- Eligible for quarterly bonus pool based on team revenue and retention performance.
- Brand Asset Manager content opportunities: up to $200/month additional for approved content filmed in support of MaxHealth service lines (MaxFitness, Weight Management, HRT, DPC).

Facility Use:

- Fitness Specialists may use the MaxFitness facility for personal workouts before or after their coached sessions, provided it does not interfere with classes in progress.

Environmental/Working Conditions:

- This is an on-site, in-person role at the Colleyville, Texas facility and is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.
- Specific schedule and session blocks will be coordinated with the Fitness/Program Manager based on facility and client needs.
- Requires the ability to demonstrate and coach a wide range of resistance-training movements, including free-weight and loaded-implement exercises.
- Must be able to safely lift, carry, and set up training equipment as needed for programming; maintain an active coaching stance for the duration of sessions; and move freely throughout the training floor.

Conditions of Employment:

- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
- Employment with MaxFitness / Elis Medical Corp is at-will. Either the employee or the employer may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice, consistent with applicable law.

Benefits:

- This is a part-time position and is not eligible for medical, dental, vision, or paid time off (PTO) benefits.

Work Location:

- 5207 Heritage Ave, Colleyville, TX 76034
