FOH WEST – Area Clinic Manager (RN Manager)

Schedule: Full-Time | 2,008 annual hours

RieLes Group is developing a contingent candidate pipeline for an anticipated Federal Occupational Health (FOH West) Area Clinic Manager position in Denver, Colorado
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted RN license in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction
- Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a closely related field
- At least 5 years of supervisory or healthcare-management experience
- Direct, verifiable experience in occupational health, public health, primary care, urgent care, emergency care, or adult ambulatory care
- Current BLS and CPR/AED credentials or ability to obtain required credentials
- Ability to work at the Denver, CO duty location
- Experience with staff scheduling, clinical quality, credential monitoring, performance management, and government or regulated healthcare operations is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day clinical and administrative leadership, manage clinic operations, supervise assigned personnel, coordinate staffing and coverage, monitor employee credentials and readiness, support onboarding, track staffing and quality issues, and coordinate with FOH and RieLes management
