Schedule: Full-Time | 2,008 annual hours

RieLes Group is developing a contingent candidate pipeline for an anticipated Federal Occupational Health (FOH West) Area Clinic Manager position in Sacramento, California
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted RN license in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction
- Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a closely related field
- At least 5 years of supervisory or healthcare-management experience
- Direct, verifiable experience in occupational health, public health, primary care, urgent care, emergency care, or adult ambulatory care
- Current BLS and CPR/AED credentials or ability to obtain required credentials
- Ability to work at the Sacramento, CA duty location
- Experience with government or regulated healthcare operations is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily clinic operations, supervise and schedule clinical personnel, coordinate staffing coverage, monitor credentials and readiness, support onboarding, track staffing and quality issues, maintain compliance with applicable requirements, and coordinate with FOH and RieLes management
