About this role

Euronet Worldwide is a global financial technology company enabling the movement of money through payment processing, money transfer and digital payment solutions.

We are seeking a bilingual Senior Solutions Consultant to help win complex payment-technology engagements across the U.S. market. Based in Mexico, this highly visible role will serve as the technical and business expert connecting client needs with Euronet’s products, capabilities and long-term solutions.

You will lead executive-level discovery, design value-based solutions and partner with Sales to differentiate Euronet and close strategic opportunities. You will also influence product strategy by bringing market and client insights directly to product-development leadership.

Responsibilities

- Lead client discovery sessions and identify business, technical and operational requirements.
- Design enterprise payment solutions spanning multiple products and services.
- Translate technical capabilities into clear business value, ROI and competitive advantages.
- Deliver compelling presentations and solution recommendations to client executives and technical stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, regional leadership and third-party partners throughout the sales process.
- Develop market-specific value propositions, account plans and long-term solution-adoption strategies.
- Provide a clear handoff from sales to implementation and delivery teams.
- Share client and market insights to help shape Euronet’s product roadmap.
- Travel frequently to support clients, prospects and strategic sales engagements.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field.

- 10+ years of experience as a subject-matter expert within payments or financial technology.

- Experience in solutions consulting, business solutions management, presales or a similar client-facing capacity.

- Strong knowledge of U.S. payment-industry practices, processes and regulations.

- Demonstrated ability to define complex technical solutions and business architecture.

- Experience conducting needs assessments, ROI analyses and executive presentations.

- Strong project-management, analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple strategic engagements.

- Professional fluency in English and Spanish , both written and verbal.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business applications.

- Ability to travel frequently.
