About this role
Sizewell C’s business is to design, finance, construct, commission, operate, maintain, and eventually decommission the nuclear power plant and related infrastructure at Sizewell C in Suffolk. Overall, whilst the Company is in the construction phase, the Boards’ principal focus is on the development and construction of Sizewell C on time, on budget and to the highest quality and safety standards. The Company is maturing to meet all these requirements.
Sizewell C is economically regulated by OFGEM under the RAB model similar to other UK electricity distribution networks and Thames Tideway.
Sizewell C construction strategy is to replicate the design of Hinkley Point C, using the majority of the same supply chain, but innovating in the way it is delivered to achieve savings in time and cost of around 20%. The CCO will need to be guided by and incorporate lessons learned from the Hinkley Point C commercial delivery to achieve Sizewell C’s ambition.
Following Financial Completion and Revenue Commencement, Sizewell C is fully funded and is owned by; The Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero representing HM Government, La Caisse, Centrica, EDF and Amber Infrastructure.
Treasury Analyst
Location: London full time (hybrid with ~3 days per week in the office) with occasional travel required
Contract Type: Full time, permanent
Salary: From £50,000 depending on experience + bonus + benefits including:

The Opportunity
You’ll become part of a collaborative and high performing team responsible for supporting the financing and treasury activities that underpin the successful delivery of Sizewell C. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business as well as external lenders, advisors and financial institutions, gaining exposure to both strategic and operational treasury activities.
This role would suit someone who is bright, commercially minded and keen to develop a long term career within treasury and corporate finance. Whilst treasury experience is highly desirable, we are also interested in candidates from relevant finance, operational, corporate finance or regulated industry backgrounds who have strong stakeholder management skills and strategic thinking capabilities.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting corporate finance and treasury activities across the project
- Delivering financial analysis and modelling to support funding and financing decisions
- Supporting reporting obligations and compliance requirements within the financing structure
- Working with lenders, financial institutions, technical advisors and rating agencies
- Preparing presentations, briefing papers and management reports for senior stakeholders
- Supporting strategic financing initiatives and treasury projects
- Coordinating responses to information requests from external stakeholders
- Helping develop and improve treasury reporting, controls and governance processes
- Building strong relationships across Treasury, Finance, Regulation and wider business functions
What We're Looking For
You'll ideally bring:
- Relevant experience within treasury, finance, corporate finance, project finance or a related environment
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Experience working with financial reporting, debt structures, financing arrangements or financial modelling
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast paced environment
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem solving
- Experience within infrastructure, energy, utilities, major projects or other regulated industries would be highly beneficial
- A treasury, accounting or corporate finance qualification (or progress towards one) would be advantageous
