What Youll Do: As a VW Audi Parts Counter Associate , youll play a crucial role in supporting our service department and ensuring that our customers and technicians receive the parts they need. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts for their VW or Audi vehicles.
- Providing expert advice on parts availability, pricing, and specifications.
- Accurately processing orders and ensuring timely delivery of parts.
- Maintaining an organized inventory and ensuring parts are stored properly.
- Collaborating with the service team to ensure efficient parts supply for repairs and maintenance.
- Managing customer inquiries and providing top-notch service to ensure satisfaction.
- Staying updated on parts knowledge and product offerings to ensure you can provide accurate information.
- Maintaining accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels.
