What Customer Service Operations contributes to Cardinal Health

Cardinal Health Canada, with over 1,400 employees nationwide, is an essential link in the Canadian healthcare supply chain, providing over 70,000 products to healthcare facilities and medical professionals across the country.

We are looking for positive and team-oriented individual to join our dynamic Customer Service team. Join our team and make an impact by providing exceptional customer support by ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled and managed in a timely manner. The Customer Service Representative will support internal and external customers in a variety of order management tasks that investigate and resolve customer order issues.

Your contributions to the organization:

- ### Supporting customers over the phone and via email

- ### Handling customer inquiries of the organization including, but not limited to, product information, credit & debits, returns, and order status

- ### Processing customer purchase orders and sample orders for sales representatives

- ### Managing multiple software and inboxes simultaneously to accurately identify answers for customers

- ### Adapting to new assignments and a fast pace changing environment

- ### Creating an exceptional customer experience at every interaction and look for ways to contribute to the ongoing success of Cardinal Health Canada

- ### Other duties as required to maximize customer relationships by providing consistent responsive information

Qualifications and Core Competencies

- Bachelor's Degree, or Senior High school diploma
- Prior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems required
- Experience in SAP or SalesForce preferred
