Assisted Living Registered Nurse (RN)

What You'll Do
- Assess and observe residents on an ongoing basis to support their care
- Deliver nursing care in line with each resident's care plan
- Handle resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Keep accurate, timely documentation of care and medications
- Contribute to care planning, assessments, and evaluations
- Work with residents, families, and the care team to support each resident's well-being
What You'll Need
Required:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Preferred:
- BSN
