Performance based pay | You control your pay at Renewal by Andersen!
Hourly base: $20 - with a $500 Sign-On Bonus and wage increases as early as your first 90 days
Typical performer yearly earnings: $55,000-60,000
Top performer yearly earnings: $65,000-85,000+
Renewal by Andersen, your locally owned premier window and door replacement company , is seeking candidates who are looking to begin their sales career or sharpen the sales skills they already have, to join the team as a Lead Generator.
In this role, you will engage with homeowners in residential communities through door-to-door canvassing, introduce them to Renewal by Andersen products and services, overcome objections, schedule in-home appointments for our Design team, all while earning uncapped bonuses.
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 10:00am-6:00pm
Location : Report daily to our Waukesha, WI office and travel in a company vehicle to assigned neighborhoods

Key Responsibilities
- Report daily to the Waukesha office and participate in team meetings to review goals, strategy, and prior results
- Represent Renewal by Andersen professionally in residential neighborhoods
- Engage homeowners in conversations about their windows and doors
- Deliver clear, engaging product information and interactive presentations
- Qualify homeowner interest and schedule in-home consultation appointments for sales representatives
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance goals

- Professional, outgoing demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment
- Willingness to walk neighborhoods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, marketing, canvassing, hospitality, service industry, or related fields is preferred but not required
