We are seeking an experienced Senior Employee Relations Specialist to join our growing HR team and play a key role in supporting managers and employees across our business. Based on-site and reporting directly to the HR & Compliance Director, this role offers the opportunity to have a significant impact on employee relations, management capability and organisational performance.
The Role
This is a hands-on, specialist HR role focused on managing complex employee relations matters while coaching and developing managers across the business.

You'll also work closely with operational leaders to strengthen management capability, improve decision-making and support workforce initiatives.
As Bee Health operates a 24-hour, 7-day manufacturing operation , flexibility is essential. The successful candidate will be expected to adapt their working hours where reasonably required to engage with managers and employees working across day, night and weekend shifts and to provide support during time-sensitive operational matters. This is not a standard 9-5 HR role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex employee relations cases from investigation through to outcome and appeal.
- Conduct and support workplace investigations, evidence gathering and report writing.
- Provide expert employment law and policy advice to managers.
- Support absence management, Occupational Health referrals and reasonable adjustments.
- Coach managers to improve confidence and capability in handling people matters.
- Analyse employee relations and absence trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support organisational change, restructuring and workforce planning initiatives.
- Maintain robust governance, documentation and reporting standards.
- Line manage the HR Administrator and support the ongoing development of the HR function.
