Permanent and Fixed Term Contract Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Finance Senior Associates to join our internal finance team. Supporting a business unit within the Deals Line of Service, this role offers the opportunity to provide valuable financial insight, challenge and decision support in a fast-paced commercial environment. Working closely with Finance Leaders, Managers and key stakeholders, responsibilities span business partnering, forecasting, revenue recognition, performance management and financial governance. The role is ideal for someone with strong technical and analytical skills, commercial awareness and a collaborative approach, who enjoys building relationships, influencing stakeholders and contributing to business performance and growth.

What your days will look like:

- Business partnering: Supporting the analysis of financial results, helping to highlight trends, risks and opportunities.
- Financial planning and decision support: Assisting in the preparation of forward-looking insights and analysis to help stakeholders plan and manage future performance, including the firm's financial and non-financial KPIs.
- Revenue recognition: Apply IFRS 15 principles through robust assessment of contracts and revenue recognition treatment, providing constructive challenge and practical guidance to stakeholders.
- Performance management and insight: Assist in interpreting monthly financial results and preparing commentary for the Finance Leader / Finance Manager.
- Working capital management: Drive billing discipline and cash collection performance, helping to improve working capital and reduce Investment in Client (IIC) risk.
- Financial control and governance: Provide stakeholders with relevant accounting advice from the bid stage through the life of engagements.
- Projects and collaboration: Partner with finance and operational teams to embed financial expertise into business projects and change initiatives across Deals.

This role is for you if:

- Professional qualification: Strong focus on continuous improvement, preferably you are pursuing, or interested in pursuing a relevant finance qualification such as CIMA or ACCA
- Technical finance knowledge: Sound understanding of the principles of IFRS 15;
- Analytical capability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to interpret data, identify risks and challenge senior stakeholders where needed.
- Technology and MI: Basic to intermediate Excel; an interest in leveraging AI and technology-driven tools to improve analysis and reporting is desirable.
- Stakeholder management: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across a wide range of stakeholders.
- Adaptability: A curious mindset, able to learn quickly, manage competing priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a professional services firm.
