As an Electrical Assembler in Fulton, MO , you will play a key role in building and assembling electrical systems and support structures used in critical applications.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Assemble electrical and electronic systems, panels, and support structures according to specifications.
- Read and interpret work orders, schematic drawings, wiring diagrams, and bills of material to complete assemblies accurately.
- Connect electrical wiring between components following wiring prints and specification requirements.
- Measure, cut, route, and terminate wire to precise lengths and standards.
- Inspect, adjust, repair, or replace components to ensure finished products meet quality specifications.
- Mark and tag components to support inventory tracking and product traceability.
- Prepare finished products for shipment, including packaging, touch-up work, and final inspections.
- Assist with loading products and moving materials as required.
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition and report any issues.
- Follow all safety policies, quality standards, and work instructions, and keep the work area clean and organized.

YOU HAVE:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience using hand tools in a manufacturing, assembly, construction, or related environment.
- Assembly and wiring experience preferred; however, we encourage individuals with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn to apply.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and work procedures.
- Experience reading schematics, electrical drawings, and wiring diagrams is preferred.
- Ability to read a tape measure and interpret point-to-point wiring prints, or a willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety.
- Team members must be able to safely perform a range of physical activities, including standing and walking for extended periods, with frequent use of hands for assembly tasks requiring dexterity and grip.
- Roles may require frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and maintaining balance throughout the workday.
- This position may require the ability to lift, position, or move materials and components as part of the assembly process.
- Employees must be able to effectively communicate, hear, and visually assess work to ensure quality, safety, and accuracy in a manufacturing environment.
