What You'll Do

As the Marketing Coordinator, you'll work closely with our Global Marketing Team and Americas Sales Team to bring regional marketing programs to life.

Key responsibilities include
Coordinate trade shows, distributor events, partner events, and regional marketing activities throughout the Americas
Support event logistics including vendor management, promotional materials, registrations, and on-site execution
Assist with marketing communications, campaigns, and promotional activities aligned with global marketing strategies
Develop and coordinate sales enablement materials, presentations, brochures, product information, and customer communications
Partner with internal teams, graphic designers, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time
Maintain and update regional marketing collateral and digital sales tools
Support distributor and reseller marketing initiatives, including co-branded campaigns and promotional programs
Assist with HubSpot database management, contact lists, and marketing data quality
Coordinate updates for the North American online store and related content
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications

Required Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field
•    Experience in event coordination, field marketing, or marketing project support
•    Strong organizational and project management skills
•    Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
•    Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
•    Positive, proactive, and results-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications
•    Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar marketing automation platforms
•    B2B marketing experience
•    Understanding of channel marketing and distributor/reseller networks is a plus
•    Spanish language skills are a plus
