Job Summary:
Deploys, supports, and maintains standardized technology environments at job sites and offices. Implements Meraki network equipment, conference room systems, and endpoint configurations in accordance with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Deploys and configures jobsite network equipment and connectivity solutions.
Installs and maintains field hardware, workstations, mobile devices, and site infrastructure.
Troubleshoots and resolves site-level technical issues per service standards.
Maintains asset tracking, recovery, and documentation within established systems.
Supports project startup and closeout technology requirements.
Coordinates escalations with Infrastructure and Service Delivery teams.
Ensures field environments adhere to enterprise security and configuration standards.

Education Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience considered.

Work Experience:
2–4 years of experience in IT field support, networking, or systems administration required.

Certifications and Licenses:
Networking or IT service management certification preferred.
