The lab of Dr. Liva Rakotondraibe is seeking a candidate for a post-doctoral scholar position. The successful candidate must have relevant experience in fractionation, isolation, and structure elucidation of small molecules with publication records. They will be responsible for performing the bioassay-guided isolations and structure elucidation of secondary metabolites form plant extracts.   The post-doctoral scholar will also conduct the maintenance of a dryad account that will host the data generated and will be shared as a project. The post-doctoral scholar will also assist in publishing and presenting the results of the project.

Additional Information:

Required Education and Experience:

PhD in natural product chemistry or related fields, and experience in data management

Desired Experience:

Has at least two years of experience in natural product isolation, purification, structure elucidation of small molecules with publication records. Good experience using HPLC, NMR spectroscopy, Mass spectrometry. The Post Doctoral Scholar will be responsible for performing the bioassay-guided isolations and structure elucidation of constituents from active extracts. Has experience in curating data using Dryad
