Contracts & Compliance Specialist

The Contracts & Compliance Specialist is responsible for managing and monitoring Antech contracts and their compliance. The Contracts and Compliance Specialist will assist both the Sr. Manager and Contracts Administrator with various duties.

This role will be based in our Fountain Valley, CA hub. Candidates interested in our New York City or Loveland, CO hubs may also be considered. We are not providing relocation at this time. The hiring salary range for this position is $63,400-$79,200. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job related skills, experience, education, training and budget.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepare, evaluate, and distribute revenue reporting for 50% compliance standards
- Process and complete non-compliance and loan forgiveness extensions
- Prepare and evaluate revenue reporting to determine loan forgiveness
- Process non-compliance and loan forgiveness notices
- Assist with updating and distributing Antech Access contract compliance listing
- Determine eligibility and approve Sound Equipment funding
- Reconcile Equipment funding reports
- Provide Loan and AR balances to the database/sales team
- Maintain, calculate, and prepare funding documents for monthly, quarterly, and yearly rebates
- Prepare loan funding documents according to contractual terms
- Process Assumption and Unfunded Equipment/Loan reports
- Calculate and provide contract term extensions and Buy Out figures to legal
- Provide assistance and support to clients and sales team
- Assist with any other projects or tasks when needed

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Accounting or related field required

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Attention to detail
- Ability to independently prioritize, gather information from multiple sources
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency at Excel, 10-key, and have strong computer skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

- Extensive sitting, and computer use
- Lifting no more than 20 lbs.
- Extend and reach with hands and arms and use hands and fingers
- Occasionally required to bend, kneel, stoop, or crouch
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Hearing ability to effectively communicate via the telephone and in person
- Ability to communicate verbally on the telephone and in person
- Fluency in the English language
- Extended hours may be needed
